Debut of Wheatstone’s Most Advanced Audio Console Yet

IP64 HEADON_2560For some time we’ve been hard at work on a new larger-than-life digital audio console that wouldn’t require a week of console school to learn how to operate. This NAB, we were finally able to introduce our latest design: the IP-64, an IP networked control surface in a 32-fader (or larger) frame size. We put everything imaginable in this master audio control board, including operator prompts that guide board ops through function changes and a touchscreen interface that recognizes smartphone gestures.

We were pleased to win a Best of Show award for it. The new IP-64 will be available late summer and interfaces into the WheatNet-IP audio network for routing and controlling audio throughout an entire TV facility.

And, speaking of consoles that don’t require a week of console school to learn how to operate: we also introduced at NAB 2015 a new smaller footprint IP networked digital mixer for use in alternate studios or OB and ENG vans. Ask us about the Series Two.
